Retirement Plan Information
TIAA – 403(b) Retirement Plan
World Learning encourages you to save for retirement. To help you prepare, World Learning offers a 403(b) defined contribution retirement plan with a company match. Employees have the option to make pre-tax or Roth (after-tax) contributions, or a combination of both.
- Employee Contributions: Eligible employees may start participation immediately upon date of hire, or at any time thereafter.
- Vesting Schedule: Vesting means you have the permanent right to the value of your account balance if you leave employment. You are always 100% vested in the value of your own contributions, as well as any employer contributions.
- Employer Contributions: World Learning will match the employee’s contribution up to 5% of their eligible compensation. To maximize the employer match, you must contribute 5% to get a 5% match.
How to sign-up with TIAA
To sign up for our retirement plan (TIAA), please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Go to www.tiaa.org/enroll to open an account. You will be enrolling in plan 151066.
Step 2: Please send Kelly Connellan, Total Rewards Manager (kelly.connellan@worldlearning.org) a screenshot showing confirmation of your account creation, along with the election form (attached and available on ADP).
